How we work
You can buy directly from China, but then the factory vetting, quality risk, documentation and logistics are all yours. We do this professionally: verified machines, FAT-tested, with complete documentation. And we publish our price ranges because we have nothing to hide.
1. Manufacturer verification
Before we show you a machine, we vet the factory: business licence, customs export records, on-site visit, checks on key components (Rexroth pumps, Siemens PLCs). We disclose the factory name at offer stage. That protects the model that lets us take responsibility for the deal.
2. FAT acceptance test
The machine is run and tested at the factory before shipment, against a protocol agreed with you. You receive the protocol and test footage. Only after FAT acceptance does the machine go to port.
3. Documentation & EU conformity
Every product page states the machine's real CE status, no dubious stickers. Where EU conformity work is required, we arrange the quote and, as your seller, set out clearly in the offer how conformity responsibility is handled (Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230).
4. Delivery & commissioning
Sea freight (presses ship as oversized cargo), customs clearance, unloading and installation coordination, commissioning with the manufacturer's engineers. EU duty on metalworking machinery is typically 0-4.5% and VAT is deductible.
