Industrial furnaces for aluminium extrusion plants
A whole family of furnaces works around the press — and they largely decide the plant's quality and energy bill. We supply the complete set: billet heating furnaces with hot log shear or hot saw, aging ovens (T5/T6 hardening), billet homogenizing furnaces, die ovens and vacuum die nitriding furnaces.
Furnaces run on natural gas, LPG or diesel (electric versions available), with multi-zone temperature control, Siemens or Mitsubishi PLCs and temperature data logging. Configuration — log length, basket count, throughput — is matched to your press and floor space.
Every furnace page shows an indicative price range and a realistic lead time; smaller furnaces can be ready to ship in 3–4 weeks.
