Aluminium melting furnaces and billet casting

An in-house melting furnace is often the first step to closing the material loop: production scrap and rejected profiles return to production instead of going to the scrap dealer for a fraction of their value. We supply crucible furnaces (0.5–1 t, silicon-carbide crucible, tilting pour) for smaller foundries and fabricators, plus larger chamber and melting-holding furnaces for billet casting lines.

Firing on natural gas, LPG or diesel; melting rates from about 330 kg/h in the 1 t crucible version. Billet casting lines (vertical semi-continuous casting) with electromagnetic stirring and degassing complete the range — for plants that want to produce their own press feedstock.

As always: an indicative price range on every machine page, and an honest conversation about when remelting your own scrap makes economic sense — and when it does not.
