Aluminium extrusion presses from China
The extrusion press is the heart of every aluminium profile plant: a hydraulic machine that pushes a heated billet through a die to form the profile. We supply presses across the full tonnage range — from compact 530-tonne machines for 3–4 inch billets to long-stroke giants above 5,000 tonnes for large industrial profiles.
All presses use a pre-stressed frame design with forged main cylinders, H13 tool-steel containers and stems, Rexroth hydraulics and Siemens (optionally Mitsubishi) controls. Options include short or long stroke, front or rear loading, and conventional, VFD (approx. 15% energy saving) or servo drive. Send us your profile drawing and we will size the tonnage, billet diameter and line equipment for you.
Unlike any other supplier in this market we publish indicative price ranges. A Chinese press costs 30–70% less than its Western European equivalent — and our factory audit, component checks and pre-shipment FAT test make sure the difference is in the price, not the quality. (US spelling: aluminum extrusion press.)
