The workhorse tonnage of mid-size extrusion plants: an 1800-tonne (2000 US ton) press for 7-inch billet combines a wide profile range with reasonable energy cost. It handles window systems as well as mid-section industrial profiles — facades, structures, photovoltaics.

The 980 mm main cylinder runs at 210 kgf/cm²; drive comes from three 110 kW motors. Container heated to 400°C, billets up to 900 mm, 20-second dead cycle. H13 container and stem, cast-steel front platen, 30 m³ oil cooler.

Available as short or long stroke, with VFD drive (approx. 15% energy saving) or servo. We complete the full line around the press: billet furnace, puller, run-out table with cooling, stretcher, saw and aging oven — one delivery schedule, one FAT.

FAQ

How much does an 1800 ton extrusion press cost?

Indicatively €95–160k EXW; the upper range covers servo versions with extended equipment. A Western equivalent typically costs several times more.

Can I order the complete line at once?

Yes — and we recommend it. A complete line (billet furnace, press, puller, run-out table, saw, aging oven) from one maker means one FAT, one logistics chain and machines matched to each other.
