A complete aluminium extrusion line is a set of machines working as one organism: the billet furnace feeds logs in rhythm with the press cycle, the puller takes the profile with tension synchronised to extrusion speed, and the run-out table plus aging oven close the process. That is why a line is best bought whole, from one maker — you get machines matched at the factory, one FAT acceptance test and one point of responsibility instead of three suppliers blaming each other at the interfaces.

We configure lines around 1000–4000 tonne presses: from compact starter sets for architectural profiles to industrial trains with automatic handling and per-load parameter logging. Every offer states its scope plainly: what the price includes (machines, FAT, documentation) and what comes on top (freight, foundations, installation, EU conformity work) — no surprises on the invoice.
