Aluminium profile packing machines
Packing is the most underrated stage of an extrusion plant — yet transport scratches are what generate complaints. We supply machines that automate the whole process: protective film taping machines (film application up to 280 m/min, including four-sided), profile bundle wrapping machines, ultrasonic welders and combined bagging + heat-shrink lines.
The flagship 13.5 m bagging + heat-shrink line packs single profiles at 60 m/min and realistically replaces at least six people at the packing table. Electrics are built on Schneider components, PLC control with touchscreen, servo drives.
This is the least expensive category in our range — a sensible starting point: short lead times (3–4 weeks), low investment threshold and a fast, measurable payback.
