Aluminium dross recycling machines

Dross (the oxide skin skimmed off the melt surface) typically contains 30-50% metallic aluminium, yet most plants sell it to scrap dealers for a fraction of primary metal value. A dross recovery machine presses the metal out hot, without remelting: hot dross goes straight from the furnace into the working chamber, and the recovered aluminium (over 85% of the metallic content) returns to the bath.

We supply the complete chain: hot recovery machines (200-600 kg per cycle, ~15 minute cycle), cooling, a ball mill with screening for residue fractions, and dust collection. Fluxes and dross reducers are available as consumables.

Few investments calculate this simply: tonnes of dross per year × the spread between dross scrap price and recovered aluminium value. Every machine page shows an indicative price range, and we will build the ROI sheet around your numbers.
