Wood grain sublimation machines for aluminium
Wood-finish profiles — aluminium that looks like oak or walnut — are one of the fastest-growing finishing segments: fencing, windows, facades. The technology is simple to describe and demanding to run: after powder coating (the base), the profile is wrapped in printed sublimation film, vacuum-packed and heated at 150–200°C until the dye penetrates the coating.
We supply the complete equipment set: sublimation furnaces (from 3 up to 5–10 tonnes per day in the continuous side-loading version), ultrasonic film welding machines for bagging profiles before transfer, and consumables — transfer films and papers in hundreds of patterns.
This is the category where Chinese makers have the most European references — machines of this type run across the Balkans and the Gulf. Every machine page carries an indicative price range.
