The side-loading automatic sublimation machine applies wood-grain finish to aluminium profiles continuously — profiles enter on one side and leave 'wooden' on the other. Output is 5–10 tonnes per day, two to three times more than classic batch chambers.
After powder coating (the base colour), the profile is wrapped in printed transfer film, ultrasonically welded into a sleeve, then passes through a 150–200°C heating chamber with vacuum pressing the film onto every edge. Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC control with touchscreen; gas, LPG, diesel or electric heating.
This is our manufacturer's most-shipped machine type to Europe — proven across Balkan and Middle-Eastern markets. The set includes the ultrasonic film welder, loading tables and a starter stock of transfer film patterns.

Yes — it is the natural pairing. The coating line provides the base, sublimation the finish. We design both lines as one process flow.

We supply transfer films and papers in hundreds of wood patterns as consumables — from the manufacturer's stock, with 2–3 week delivery.
