Aluminium anodising lines and rectifiers
An anodising line gives aluminium profiles a hard oxide coating and a decorative finish — from natural silver to black and gold. We design and deliver complete anodising plants to measure: process tanks (PP, stainless or concrete+FRP), SCR or energy-saving IGBT rectifiers, acid circulation and cooling, chemical dosing and electro-colouring.
Capacities range from compact 60 t/month starter lines to fully automatic 300 t/month plants run by 1–2 operators. A common entry point is the anodising rectifier alone — the most frequently replaced component of existing plants.
Every quotation includes a free layout design for your building, a utilities list and an indicative price range — no 'price on request'. (US spelling: anodizing line.)
