The compact anodising line is the entry point for companies that currently truck their profiles to a job-shop anodiser — and want to stop. Capacity of 60–150 tonnes per month, up to 200 tonnes in the extended configuration, covers a single-press extrusion plant or a window fabricator anodising its own range.
The scope of supply includes the tank sequence (degreasing, etching, anodising, colouring, sealing), an SCR or IGBT rectifier, acid circulation and cooling, chemical dosing, and racks with manual or pneumatic profile clamps. Load transport over the tanks is by overhead hoist — at this capacity class, manual hoist operation is cheaper and entirely sufficient; full automation belongs to 300 t/month plants, not here.
The line's biggest strength is that it is designed around your building, not the other way round. The tank layout is drawn to fit your existing floor space — no purpose-built hall, no high-bay cranes. Every quotation comes with a free layout design and a complete utilities list: water, power (the rectifier is the main consumer), cooling and effluent treatment.
Honest limitations: this configuration needs 3–5 operators and discipline in bath chemistry — without controlled concentrations and temperatures there is no repeatable coating. Effluent neutralisation and environmental permits are the buyer's cost and must be planned from day one; we state this openly instead of burying it. Plan the disposal of etching waste before start-up, too.
The business case is straightforward: at a steady anodising volume, subcontracting fees typically catch up with the price of your own line within 2–4 years — and in-house anodising gives you control over lead times and quality.
