PA66 thermal break machinery
Aluminium window and facade profiles need a thermal break — a glass-fibre-reinforced PA66 polyamide strip that interrupts the heat bridge between the profile halves. In Europe the strip market is nearly a duopoly of big suppliers — which is why more and more extruders run the make-vs-buy calculation.
We supply both sides of the technology: PA66 GF25 strip extruders (70/90 mm screw, 20–120 cavity dies, tolerance below 0.05 mm) and assembly machinery — knurling, strip insertion and rolling/crimping, in versions from 5 t/day. Polyurethane pour-and-debridge lines complete the range.
The strip extruder is one of the manufacturer's few CE-certified machines — the exact status is stated on every machine page. Ask us for the break-even calculation: at higher strip volumes the payback comes faster than you would expect.
