Instead of buying polyamide strips from the big suppliers — extrude them in-house. The PA66 GF25 extruder produces thermal break strips (75% polyamide, 25% glass fibre) for window, door and facade profiles, in C, CT, T, I and hollow-chamber shapes.
The heart of the machine is a 70 or 90 mm single screw at 30:1 L/D with eight heating zones and water-cooled H13 dies of 20–120 cavities. Dimensional tolerance below 0.05 mm — the precondition of tight rolling into the profile. Siemens motor, Mitsubishi inverter, Omron temperature control, Schneider relays.
The set includes automatic granulate feeding, haul-off, saw (manual or automatic) and an optional rewinder. Dies for your cross-sections are made from drawings. PA66 GF25 granulate is available by the container as a consumable.
