Instead of buying polyamide strips from the big suppliers, extrude them in-house. The PA66 GF25 extruder produces thermal break strips (75% polyamide, 25% glass fibre) for window, door and facade profiles, in C, CT, T, I and hollow-chamber shapes.
The heart of the machine is a 70 or 90 mm single screw at 30:1 L/D with eight heating zones and water-cooled H13 dies of 20-120 cavities. Dimensional tolerance below 0.05 mm, the precondition of tight rolling into the profile. Siemens motor, Mitsubishi inverter, Omron temperature control, Schneider relays.
The set includes automatic granulate feeding, haul-off, saw (manual or automatic) and an optional rewinder. Dies for your cross-sections are made from drawings. PA66 GF25 granulate is available by the container as a consumable.
