Powder coating lines for aluminium profiles

A powder coating line is standard equipment for any extruder targeting construction and window systems. We supply two layouts: horizontal (universal and cheaper to start) and vertical, where 6-metre profiles hang vertically and are coated all round, reaching 800-1200 tonnes per month with 2-3 operators on a fraction of the floor space.

The scope includes surface pre-treatment (chrome or chrome-free), booths with ≥98% automatic powder recovery, a 180-220°C curing oven with gas burners and the conveyor system. Film thickness is held within ±5 μm.

A vertical line needs an 8.5-9 m tall building. If you are unsure which layout fits, send your hall dimensions and target output and we will price both options.
