The vertical line is the top league of profile powder coating: 6-metre profiles hang vertically and pass through booths that coat them all round, eliminating re-hanging and giving a perfectly even film on every face. Output reaches 800-1200 tonnes per month (50-80 t/day) with only 2-3 operators.
The scope covers the tower conveyor, surface pre-treatment, booths with automatic colour change and ≥98% powder recovery, the curing oven and supervisory control. Film thickness tolerance is ±5 μm. The line takes one-third to one-half of a horizontal line's floor space, but needs an 8.5-9 m tall building.
This is a project-class investment, not an off-the-shelf product, so we start from your building and colour mix, and finish with a layout design and an installation schedule with the manufacturer's crew.
