Most complaints about finished profiles are not about the extrusion — they are about scratches picked up on the way to the customer. The bundle wrapping machine closes the packing process: it wraps a finished bundle of aluminium profiles tightly in film or paper, producing a compact package that survives forklift handling, road transport and a container voyage without rub marks.
The machine sits in-line on a roller conveyor. A rotating head with a film-winding motor and brake keeps wrapping tension constant; press cylinders hold the film at the infeed and outfeed of the bundle, and a pneumatic blade cuts the film at the end of the cycle. Standard bundle cross-sections are 200 × 200, 300 × 300 and 350 × 350 mm, with custom sizes built to order. Wrapping speed is VFD-adjustable, control is a PLC with touchscreen, and servo drives are available as an option for the highest repeatability. You can choose a single or dual glue-film bundling configuration — the dual version secures both ends of the bundle in one cycle, with no need to turn the package around.
The wrapper works best as the second half of a pair: a protective film taping machine covers each profile individually, then the wrapper packs the whole bundle.
