Protective film for aluminium profiles — PE/PVC and PEVA
Protective film is the consumable an extrusion plant burns through by the kilometre — and running out of it stops the packing line more reliably than any machine breakdown. We supply two film families from the same manufacturer that builds our taping machines: PE/PVC protective film that keeps mill-finish, anodised and powder-coated profile surfaces scratch-free through transport and installation, and high-temperature PEVA film used for ultrasonically welded sleeves — most commonly ahead of wood-grain sublimation transfer, where ordinary PE would simply melt.
We match the film to your process rather than sell it off a shelf. Adhesion strength is chosen for the surface type and for how long the film must stay on the profile; widths are slit to order from mother rolls up to 1600 mm, so the rolls arrive sized for your profiles and your taping machine — no trimming, no waste. The option that changes the economics of the whole product is printing: film carrying your logo turns plain packaging into branding your end customer sees on every delivery, and makes your profiles harder to counterfeit into the bargain.
Think of us as a supply partner, not a web shop. We sell by the roll and by the pallet, but the unit cost only really drops at container scale — a dedicated container, or film loaded into the same container as a machine you are ordering, which makes its freight practically free. Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks plus sea freight; for steady consumption we set up a recurring delivery schedule so your stock never hits zero.

What does logo printing add to the price?
At container volumes, printing adds roughly 10–15% to the film cost. It usually pays for itself in branding from the first delivery — your logo travels on every profile to the end customer.
Will your film fit a taping machine we bought elsewhere?
Yes. Rolls are slit to any width — just tell us the roll width, core diameter and maximum roll diameter your machine accepts. If in doubt, send a photo of the nameplate or a sample of your current film.
What is PEVA film for?
PEVA is a high-temperature film used to ultrasonically weld sleeves around profiles — mainly before sublimation transfer, where standard PE film would melt. It runs on our ultrasonic film welding machine and on equivalent machines from other makers.
How do we avoid a stoppage from running out of film?
For steady consumption we set up recurring deliveries: we agree your monthly usage and ship containers on a rhythm that keeps 6–8 weeks of stock on your floor. Place the first order together with your machine — the film ships in the same container.
