Wood grain transfer films for aluminium sublimation

Transfer film is the consumable that carries the wood-grain image onto a powder-coated aluminium profile — without it, the sublimation machine is just a hot box. Because it is a recurring supply item rather than a one-off purchase, we treat it as a supply relationship: the same decor, the same print quality and a predictable delivery date on every reorder.

The pattern library runs to hundreds of wood decors — light oak, golden oak, pine, walnut, mahogany — plus stone and marble effects. We send the decor catalogue and physical transfer samples made on a profile, not just film offcuts. If you already produce on someone else's film, we will match the closest decor so switching suppliers does not mean changing the colours in your product range. Two carriers are available: PET film, which wraps the profile and is vacuum-pressed onto every face and edge (the standard for profiles), and lower-cost transfer paper for flat sheets.

The second half of a good transfer is matching the roll to your equipment. We slit rolls to your profile's circumference plus a welding overlap — typically 200–600 mm to suit the ultrasonic film welding machine — or supply wide master rolls for in-house slitting. The films run at standard process parameters (150–200°C transfer) in both continuous side-loading machines and batch chambers, including machines you bought elsewhere.

Logistics are straightforward: rolls ship from the manufacturer's stock in 2–3 weeks. With a machine order, the starter film stock travels in the same shipment; later reorders are consolidated so freight does not eat the margin on the material.
